Will wine red suit my skin tone — or is it too dark?

All satin can crease with prolonged sitting, but the Wine NYRA uses a high-density 'heavy-drop' satin specifically chosen for its refined, semi-matte lustre and wrinkle resistance. The asymmetrical hip ruching is also strategically designed to naturally mask sitting-folds during car rides or dinner. To minimize creasing: when sitting, smooth the satin skirt downward to keep the high-shine finish crisp. A light steam before the event will restore any travel creases instantly.

I'm between two sizes — how do I size for this mermaid gown, and what sizes are available?

Always size to your largest measurement — typically hips or bust. For mermaid silhouettes, the hip and thigh fit is the most critical — if your hips fall between sizes, go up. The adjustable lace-up back provides flexibility at the waist and bust, but the satin skirt has no stretch. Sizing down risks restricted movement. Yes. Production takes approximately 30 days, plus shipping time which varies by destination. Currently only US 10 (2 units) and US 14 (1 unit) are available to ship immediately. All other sizes require production. We recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your event. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us as early as possible if your event is within 4 weeks.
