All our dresses are made-to-order. When placing your order, please leave your measurements (height, bust, waist, and hips) in the order notes. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for incorrect custom measurements, so double-check before submitting.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by style: "Ships in 24 Hours" styles ship within 24 hours; Prom & Special Occasion Dresses take 7–30 business days; Accessories take 5–6 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 4–12 business days (US). Free standard shipping on orders over $100; $8 for orders under $100.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees, as production begins immediately.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos/videos — we will provide a full refund or free replacement. Return shipping for defective items is covered by blissfulprom.
Do EU customers have different rights?
EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right. Please note this does not apply to made-to-order or customized dresses.
