At Blissfulprom, all of our dresses are made-to-order or selected from our "Ships in 24 Hours" collection. Due to this personalized production process, all sales are considered final. We do not offer free exchange services unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
1. No Exchange Policy
Because every dress is created based on a specific order, we do not have extra stock to facilitate exchanges.
- No Free Exchanges: We do not provide replacements for different sizes, colors, or styles (including in-stock items).
- How to get a different item: You must return the original order for a refund (if eligible under quality terms) and then place a new order on our website.
2. Quality Issues & Defective Items
We only accept returns or replacements at no cost to the customer if the item is confirmed to have quality issues. Please contact us at info@blissfulprom.com within 14 days with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos showcasing the defect.
Once verified, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

| For Defective Items | Blissfulprom covers shipping. |
| All Other Returns | Customer pays return shipping. |
Please DO NOT send items back to the address on the original shipping label. You must contact us first to receive the authorized return warehouse address.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot process refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after production has started (24 hours after order).
- Minor color differences due to screen display settings.
- Incorrect custom measurements provided by the customer.
