Our products can be delivered all over the world. We ship our products using the following carriers: (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.). The shipment time varies with the shipment distance. And the efficiency of local carriers also affects the delivery time. It takes about 5–15 business days for the delivery from our factories to your destination. The exact shipping time depends on the standards of the carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.).

Note: The above days are all business days. During major holidays, the number of airport freight operations will increase, and transportation may be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

THE SHIPPING FEE

Our shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the country the dresses will be shipped to. Before your order is shipped, the Blissfulprom site must process your orders and pass strict quality control tests on all your projects. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the separate shipping time.

Free Shipping Policy:

We provide free standard shipping to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany.

For all other countries and regions, shipping fees will be charged based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

Production And Delivery Time — Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time.
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together. In general, depending on the complexity of the dresses, processing time differs from category to category. Please refer to the table below for more precise processing to better estimate when you will receive your order:

We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a charge, as the fabric for your dress will already have been cut. For detailed cancellation policy, please refer to our Order Cancellation page.

Rush Order

We also offer an expedited service for customers who need a dress urgently. You can choose the “Rush Order” service for some styles. Select your desired Arrival Date from the options on our product page. If you choose an early date, the system will automatically calculate the extra cost for rush production, which will be visible on the price. However, if you receive the dress later than the expected date, we will give you a 5% discount. To ensure we have enough time to create a better-fitting and more sophisticated dress, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Furthermore, if you do not receive your order within the time frame you choose, we will offer you limited reimbursement.
