Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees, as production begins immediately.

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos/videos — we will provide a full refund or free replacement.
