Shipping Costs
- ✅ FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00.
- 📦 $8.00 Standard Shipping for orders under $100.00.
1. Processing Time
Most of our products are made-to-order. Processing time varies depending on the product type:

2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we use trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Estimated Shipping Time: 4–12 business days (United States).
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: A made-to-order dress (7-30 days processing) + 4-12 days shipping = 11-42 business days total.
3. Additional Details
- All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping times may be affected by peak seasons or customs clearance procedures.
- Orders with multiple items are typically shipped together in one package.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing within 24 hours of purchase.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund.
- After 24 hours: Cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees as production/dispatch processes have already begun.
